Sr. Account Manager

The Sr. Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of beverage accounts with the responsibility to retain and grow revenue.  This is a new position for a fast-growing company, ideal for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset.

   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts, develop positive working relationships with all customers
  • Understand and communicate clients’ business requirements and objectives
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Conduct bid analysis for existing and prospective customers
  • Onboard new accounts
  • Set and track sales account targets and monitor metrics
  • Develop and improve processes for sales and account management department
  • Understand and share current marketing trends
  • Participate in weekly status meetings on current business issues and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate and plan customer projects including production and shipment
  • Resolve customer deductions and payment issues as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Requirements (minimum qualifications):

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Beverage industry experience a plus
  • 4 – 6 years of account management experience
  • High proficiency with MS Office products
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent commutation skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Attention to detail
