Part-Time Office Manager/Admin Assistant

The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth daily operations of our Midvale office.  Responsibilities range from customer service to preparing marketing presentations for our Executive team.

This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, 10 am – 2pm. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing team with creation of PowerPoint presentations and collateral materials
  • Assist managing budgets
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate party
  • Provide excellent customer experience to internal and external customers
  • Provide support to customer service, sales and various marketing channels
  • Run miscellaneous errands
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong work ethic with ability to perform a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision
  • 2+ years’ experience as an Office Manager
  • Knowledge of Marketing, PR, Direct Response a plus
  • Project Management experience a plus
