The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer interaction by listening, using critical thinking and advocating for our customers in order to deepen the relationship and drive loyalty and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers across multiple contact channels
  • Find creative solutions to make it right for the customer, quickly adapting to the changing business needs and sharing business intelligence through accurate documentation
  • Interact with teams across Blue Chip to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate customer trends to leadership in a prompt manner
  • Respond to a variety of correspondence and ensure all contacts reflect professionalism
  • Work with a multi-media environment including emails, phone calls, chat messages and letters
  • Leverage online resources and web-based applications to assist and resolve customer issues exercising a complete and thorough understanding of policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
