Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will support active Contract Manufacturing and branded Augason Farms accounts, organize and assist with customer questions and inquiries including shipments, scheduling and invoicing. The Account Coordinator will also serve as a liaison with the accounting department.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter purchase orders into the system
  • Assign and verify ship dates
  • Place and help prepare customer sample or emergency orders
  • Manage new customer set up process including follow up with accounting department
  • Reconcile invoices between customers and accounting
  • Communicate and assist with SKU changes and film/label updates
  • Be a backup to account manager and assist customers as needed
  • Assist guests during plant visits including food samples and logistics to ensure customers feel welcome
  • Work with shipping to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Assist processing reports from MAS for purchase orders, late orders, pricing updates and inventories
  • Manage customer portal, add new SKUs and updates as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


 Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, and Google Suite
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and positive manner
  • Attention to detail
  • 1-3 Years of Customer Service, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
